Apichatpong Weerasethakul paid a two-day visit to Stanford's Department of Art & Art History on April 13-14.

In addition to the public screening of his film Cemetery of Splendor (2015), followed by a Q&A, Weerasethakul gave a two-hour masterclass to graduate students and faculty in the department.

Weerasethakul's visit was made possible by the Department of Art & Art History, programs in Film and Media Studies and Documentary Film and Video, Stanford Arts Institute, and the Center for East Asian Studies.
